At MozzieNets, we take care to ensure that your order is processed efficiently and delivered safely. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how delivery works.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are prepared within 3 to 4 weeks, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time. Customers will be informed if this applies.

 

Delivery & Shipping Costs

  • We deliver nationwide within South Africa.

  • Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated.

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on parcel size, weight, and delivery location.

 

Courier Options:

  • Customers may use their own courier, or

  • MozzieNets can arrange delivery via a trusted courier partner.

 

If MozzieNets arranges the courier:

  • Shipping costs will be quoted after your order is placed

  • The quote will be sent to you for approval before dispatch

 

Delivery Timeframes

  • Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location.

  • Remote or outlying areas may take longer.

 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or public holidays.

 

Delivery Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

  • MozzieNets is not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details.

 

Order Tracking

  • Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • Tracking is subject to the courier used.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Any damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

 

Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

  • Re-delivery will only be arranged once these costs are settled.

 

International Shipping

  • At this time, MozzieNets ships within South Africa only, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
