MozzieNets can arrange delivery via a trusted courier partner.
If MozzieNets arranges the courier:

Shipping costs will be quoted after your order is placed

The quote will be sent to you for approval before dispatch
Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–3 business days, depending on your location.

Remote or outlying areas may take longer.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or public holidays.
Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Order Tracking

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Any damaged or missing items must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

Re-delivery will only be arranged once these costs are settled.
