At Mozzinets, we pour our heart and meticulous attention into every custom mosquito net we create. Because your order is made specifically for you, we have a strict no-refund policy on custom orders. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All our mosquito nets are bespoke, handcrafted to your unique specifications, including size, style, fabric, and colour. Therefore, we do not offer refunds or returns on custom-made orders unless the item is faulty (see 'Damaged or Faulty Items' below).
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that the product is unique to you and cannot be resold. We strongly encourage you to review all order details, measurements, and design choices carefully before confirming your purchase.
2. Standard / Ready-Made Items
For any standard, non-custom nets we may have in stock, returns may be considered only if the item is:

In its original, unused, and resalable condition.

Returned within 14 days of delivery.
A restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please contact us to initiate a return request for a standard item.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged or you identify a manufacturing fault, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs or a video showing the damage or fault. We will review the issue and, if validated, we will gladly repair or replace the item at no extra cost to you.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
In the rare event that we ship an incorrect or incomplete order, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and for the collection of any incorrect items at our expense.
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order without penalty only if production has not yet begun. As we often start the crafting process shortly after an order is confirmed, please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel. Once production has started, your order cannot be cancelled and the full amount will be payable.
6. Requesting a Site Visit & Professional Advice
We offer professional site visits and remote consultations to ensure your measurements and design choices are perfect. By accepting our guidance, you are approving the proposed plan. We cannot be held liable for issues arising from measurements you provided and approved if you chose to decline our professional consultation service.
